This is for those who want structure, community and expert coaching in a focused setting.

Shared training for two people, designed to build strength, connection and consistency together.
Partners can be couples, friends or family... any combination, any gender. You’ll train side-by-side under expert coaching with Donna and Layth, with programming adapted so both people are supported, challenged and progressing at their own level.
Expect structure, encouragement and a powerful shared experience... without competition or comparison.

50-minute mat Pilates session focused on building strong, stable movement from the inside out.
Led by Jo... a vibrant, caring and seriously strong human. This class blends precision, control and connection with encouragement. Expect intelligent sequencing, clear coaching and a supportive atmosphere where you feel challenged and cared for.
This is not about rushing or burning out. It’s about creating a solid foundation so everything else you do... strength training, life, movement... feels better.

Warriors Unite (Group Movement)
The only way to start the weekend! Welcoming, full-body group movement class designed to build strength, confidence and connection... without pressure or overwhelm.
This session blends purposeful strength work with intentional cardio, offering an empowering experience where you can move your body, reconnect with yourself and feel supported in a beautiful, community-focused space.
Suitable for all fitness levels. No pressure to perform or push beyond your capacity. Options and guidance provided throughout
It is a Community-led, coach-supported environment. Whether you’re returning to training, trying something new, or simply wanting to move and connect, Warriors Unite is about showing up as you are and moving with intention.
